Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Daychek on any device or on the web. By creating an account or continuing as a guest, you agree to them.

Who provides Daychek

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account) or on the deletion page.

Your content

What you put into Daychek stays yours. You allow us to store, sync and show it back to you, and to the people you share a list with, only so that Daychek works. How we handle it is in the privacy policy.

Fair use

• Don't use Daychek to break the law or to store or share content that isn't yours to share.
• Don't try to reach other people's data, overload the service or get around its limits.
• If you share a list or a share link, you decide who sees it. Revoke links you no longer want in use.

Premium

• Premium and Family are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play in the mobile apps, and through LemonSqueezy on the web and desktop. Their terms apply to the payment, renewal, free trials and refunds.
• Family gives Premium to the person who buys it and up to 5 people they invite. Members have Premium only while the owner's Family is active; when it ends, members go back to the free plan and nothing is deleted. The owner can remove members and members can leave at any time.
• A free trial is only offered where the store shows it. If you don't cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and the store charges you.
• Cancel a subscription where you bought it. Deleting your Daychek account does not cancel it.
• On the free plan some features have limits; the app shows them where they apply.

Health features

Mood and cycle tracking are a personal diary. Cycle estimates are simple averages of your own entries. They are not medical advice, not a diagnosis and not a method of contraception.

Community prices and data sources

Community prices are what other people reported, combined automatically. They can be wrong or out of date, so check the price in the shop. Don't report prices you didn't see. Reports that look made up count for little or nothing.

Availability

We work to keep Daychek running and back it up every night, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. You can export your data at any time (Settings → Privacy → Export my data).

Ending

You can stop using Daychek and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

Daychek is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. [LIABILITY WORDING AND GOVERNING LAW]

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
