I forgot my password
Password reset by email isn't available yet. Write to us from the address you signed up with and we'll help.
My changes don't show on my other device
Open the sync pill at the top of Today. Changes made offline are saved on the device and sync when you are back online.
How do I download my data?
Settings → Privacy → Export my data. You get one JSON file with everything your account holds on our server, with links to your wardrobe photos.
How do I stop storing mood and cycle data?
Settings → Privacy → Health data → Withdraw consent. It deletes every mood and cycle entry on your device and on our server.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. Without the app: delete it on the web.
How do I cancel Premium?
Where you bought it: the App Store, Google Play, or the LemonSqueezy receipt email for web and desktop purchases.
